Terms & Conditions
If you register your Quran classes online at Faiz ul Rasool Quran Institute or your kid’s classes as a student, you will agree to the following Terms of Service and Conditions:
1) Upon successful completion of free trial classes, you will have to decide whether or not to continue with the classes at Faiz ul Rasool Quran Institute . Once you decide to continue, you will pay the fee at the due date – monthly fees are paid in advance on the last week of every month for next month. Classes can be ceased (paused) if you do not pay the fee on the due date.
2) Faiz ul Rasool Quran Institute reserves the right to stop the classes if the payment is overdue for more than 7 days without any excuse.
3) In case you need to hold the classes and intend to continue with the same teacher at the same time once again when would resume, then Faiz ul Rasool Quran Institute will charge the full fee per student for reservation of the slot for you with the same teacher.
4) If students miss any class without prior notice (except in case of emergency), absent will be marked and no makeup class will be arranged. Make-up classes can be arranged with the same teacher or another teacher upon availability at the required time.
5) If you want to cancel a class any day, you are required to inform your teacher on teams or whatsApp 6 hours earlier to avail of the makeup class.
6) We kindly ask all parents to provide one month's advance notice if they decide to discontinue classes. Your cooperation allows us to plan teacher schedules and support all students efficiently.
7) Faiz ul Rasool Quran Institute reserves the right to cancel the classes if any student remains absent for more than two weeks without prior notice, and no refund will be entertained as per our Terms of Service.
8) Never share your contact information like phone number, Email, address, or credit card information to any teacher. Faiz ul Rasool Quran Institute will not be held responsible in case of misuse.
9) Faiz ul Rasool Quran Institute reserves the right to change teachers anytime if needed for quality teaching purposes.
10) In case the teacher resigns/terminated, students will be provided with a new Quran teacher, and students will not stay in touch with any individuals. And Faiz ul Rasool Quran Institute will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by such contact in the future, as Faiz ul Rasool Quran Institute is a registered project
11) Faiz ul Rasool Quran Institute will increase the fee of every student according to the terms of service with a ratio of about 6-7% of the present fee every year at the end of the year of the Gregorian calendar.
12) You will not discuss any payments and your contact details with the teachers, as in case of any loss or damage, Faiz ul Rasool Quran Institute will not be responsible.
13) Faiz ul Rasool Quran Institute's fee for students could be varied according to our policies of that time and terms of service.
14) These Terms of Service and conditions apply to all students.
Refund Policy
At Faiz ul Rasool Quran, we strive for transparency in our billing. Our refund policy is structured as follows:
Pre-Course Withdrawals: We offer a full refund of the tuition fee if a student withdraws before their scheduled classes begin.
Post-Commencement Policy: Once classes have been confirmed and the first session has taken place, the monthly fee becomes non-refundable.
Service Interruptions: If we are unable to provide scheduled classes for any reason after payment has been made, a refund will be issued, minus any applicable transaction or processing fees.
Class Suspensions: If you need to put your classes on hold, your remaining balance can be carried forward to the following month’s tuition only.
Minimum Threshold: Please note that if the administrative cost of processing a refund exceeds the fee amount itself, a refund will not be issued.
Privacy Policy
Our Students are highly valuable to us. We take very good care of their personal information and data and give importance to protect their privacy with our best privacy methods applied at Faiz ul Rasool Quran. The generic information that we take to conduct the classes like your phone number, IDs etc. is not shared with anyone. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or providing you services, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
